UCP of Western Massachusetts Announces June Free for All Community Resource Event
WEST SPRINGFIELD — UCP of Western Massachusetts announced its upcoming June Free for All, a community event designed to connect individuals with disabilities and their families to valuable resources, free equipment, and local support services.
Taking place on Saturday, June 13 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at UCP’s West Springfield office, 226 Westfield Road, Unit 5, the event will bring together three unique organizations dedicated to helping people live lives without limits: REquipment, UCP of Western Massachusetts, and Stavros. Attendees will have the opportunity to access free adaptive equipment, learn about community programs and services, and connect with organizations that support independence, accessibility, and inclusive community living.
In addition to the featured organizations, UCP of Western Massachusetts is inviting local community agencies and service providers to participate by hosting informational tables and sharing resources with attendees.
“We are thrilled to bring together organizations and community members for a day focused on connection, support, and opportunity,” said Shelby Cortis, senior director of Assistive Technology. “This event is about making resources accessible and helping individuals and families discover the services and equipment that can make everyday life easier and more independent.”
