WILBRAHAM — Home Sweet Home Senior Living Advisor is a new local and independently owned business serving older adults and their loved ones throughout Western Mass. Home Sweet Home offers a free service to clients who are seeking senior-living options including independent-living, assisted-living, and memory-care communities, working to provide expertise, consultation, and guidance throughout the process of choosing the right community to suit the social, care, and financial needs of each individual it works with.

In addition to senior-living placement, Home Sweet Home Senior Living Advisor offers in-home service coordination, including but not limited to medical and non-medical services, housekeeping, home maintenance, shopping, transportation, and bill-paying assistance.

Owner Katie Krupka founded Home Sweet Home Senior Living Advisor after realizing the need for consultative senior-living placement and in-home service coordination that offers an individualized, understanding, and compassionate approach. Krupka was born and raised in Western Mass. and has more than a decade of experience working with older adults and their families in the assisted-living industry. She holds a master’s degree in gerontology, has extensive training in Alzheimer’s disease, and other dementias, and will soon be a certified senior advisor and certified dementia practitioner.

Through an empathetic and consultative approach, Krupka advocates for older adults to ensure they have the support and guidance needed to find the right fit in local quality senior housing and in-home services.
