Mercy Presents Discussion of ‘What Is the Right Care at the Right Time?’
WEST SPRINGFIELD — The Mercy Continuing Care Network will present “What is the Right Care at the Right Time?” on Tuesday, April 11 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Mercy LIFE, 2112 Riverdale St., Suite 1, West Springfield; and on Thursday, April 13 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Mercy Adult Day Health, 24 Clifton St., Westfield.
At different stages of life, people need different types of medical care and support. Join Jean Zaleski, director of Clinical Practice at Mercy Home Care, as she discusses the different levels of care available to seniors. Care options discussed will include adult day care, assisted living, home care, companion care, nursing home care, and more.
